At Natural Earth Paint, every product we offer is rooted in intention, sustainability, and human connection. These glass mullers come in two sizes, with a frosted glass base perfect for mixing your own paints.
Our mullers aren’t mass-produced, they are shaped by hand. From molten glass to the final polish, every muller is unique and tells a story of quality craftsmanship.
Made by Hand, One at a Time
Each Natural Earth Paint glass muller begins its life in a glass studio where artisans work with molten glass heated to approximately 2,100°F (1,150°C)—hot enough to glow bright orange.
The artisan carefully forms the glass into shape. This is a tactile, intuitive process—no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
Once the desired form is achieved, the muller is placed into an annealing kiln, where it cools slowly over many hours. This gradual cooling process relieves internal stress in the glass, ensuring strength, stability, and longevity.
This step cannot be rushed. Proper annealing is essential to creating a muller that will stand up to years of use.
